1. Services

SquadOps (“we,” “us”) provides AI-powered analysis services including app audits, competitive intelligence, and code reviews (“Services”). Services are provided by VeloX Data Co., a Texas-based company.

2. Use of Services

By submitting a project briefing, you agree to provide accurate information about your project. You represent that you have the right to share any code, data, or materials submitted for analysis.

3. Deliverables

Reports and findings are provided “as-is” for informational purposes. While we strive for accuracy, AI-generated analysis may contain errors. Recommendations should be reviewed by qualified professionals before implementation.

4. Confidentiality

We treat all submitted materials as confidential. Source code and project data are processed in isolated environments and are not retained beyond the analysis window unless explicitly agreed. NDAs are available upon request.

5. Payment

All fees are due upon submission unless otherwise agreed. Monthly Patrol subscriptions are billed monthly and can be cancelled with 30 days notice. Refunds are available within 48 hours of delivery if you are unsatisfied with the results.

6. Intellectual Property

You retain all rights to your code, data, and materials. We retain rights to our analysis methodologies, agent configurations, and report templates. Reports delivered to you are yours to use internally without restriction.

7. Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific service in question. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our reports or recommendations.
