What We Collect

When you submit a project briefing, we collect: your name, email address, company name, and project description. If you submit code or materials for analysis, we process those temporarily.

How We Use Your Data

Your information is used solely to deliver the services you requested: analyzing your project, generating reports, and communicating results. We do not sell, share, or distribute your personal information to third parties.

Code & Project Data

Source code and project materials submitted for analysis are processed in isolated environments. They are not used to train AI models, shared with other clients, or retained beyond the analysis window. Upon completion, all submitted materials are purged within 30 days unless you request earlier deletion.

AI Processing

Our analysis is performed by AI agents that may utilize third-party AI providers (such as Anthropic, OpenAI) for processing. These providers process data under their own privacy agreements and do not retain data beyond the API call. We select providers with strong data handling practices and no-training commitments.

Security

All data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest. Access to project data is limited to the automated agents performing analysis. Human review of submitted code is only performed if explicitly requested or required for support.

Your Rights

You may request deletion of your data at any time by emailing hello@squadops.ai. We will confirm deletion within 72 hours.

Cookies

We use minimal analytics cookies (Vercel Analytics) to understand site traffic. No advertising cookies. No tracking pixels. No cross-site tracking.
